Even if you think you don’t have the right credit, the right cash amount and etc she will most definitely do her best to make you comfortable and happy at the same time. I'm only giving it 3 stars for the staff friendliness. They didn't want to sell me the car I wanted even with a $6000 down-payment, even tried to intimidate me with a $850 (once a month that's all) carnote; that was the whole point of the larger than necessary down-payment. Instead, they tried to sell me a red, 2020 car. I asked to look under the hood and had to immediately point out there was no transmission fluid in it and it was low on motor oil. I guess they figured I wouldn't go that far but no one wants to waste their money on something they don't want. Just tell them to be upfront and it's a good dealership.

Was shook that our oil change cost $114 for my new Nissan Rouge purchase in Nov 2023, at the Laurel site. Found out it is not worth traveling to Laurel from Hattiesburg it would cost much less for a retired veteran. But we found out it is just your 1st service . No Problem now we will not take that ride for now on and go some where else.

I bought a durango hellcat from these people on 10/16/2025. I drove all the way up from Texas as I am a Texas resident. They had me approved before I ever left out but refused to deliver a vehicle a paid MSRP for. When I got there I test drove the vehicle and noticed the steering wheel was crooked and off to the left. The salesman Randle, my friend and myself did a short drive then pulled into a driveway to turn around. While backing out of that driveway I had the wheels all the way to the left when the car popped really loud and even jolted the car. I started asking the salesman questions such as "is there something wrong with this car or has it been damaged in any way?" His response was along the lines of no it hasn't had any issues. When I was already in the signing process the GM came to with a paper and said something along the lines of "as stated this vehicle was stolen off our lot" when I responded Noone said anything about this vehicle being previously stolen dude! I asked if it was damaged during the time it was stolen when I was told no it was recovered fairly quickly as if nothing was wrong. Well was that a lie!!! They sprung this on me after I dove 13hrs straight to pick up the vehicle and to make matters worse the offered to deliver it then back out and made me drive. I was rear ended 2 hrs before I got there in my 2023 durango SRT 392 (my trade in) when they took full advantage of that and knocked 11600 dollars of my 40k trade in. I drove this vehicle home 1000 miles and started having issues with the wheels binding while turning, all kinds of dash warnings and symbols, headlight issues, transfer case issues etc. We have not been able to drive the vehicle due to this and now have to take it for repair at our local dealer and a full detailed report. We have only had this vehicle for two weeks and find out through car fax and a police officer this vehicle was involved in a collision in February when it was stolen which obviously caused more than some scratches. They sold it to me at base MSRP 95k and as "NEW" on the buyers contract. I feel this was very deceptive and now have to get a consumer attorney involved because the will not answer or return my calls. Buyer beware dont get got!!!

Bad experience here! Worked on a deal for a 2023 Malibu for five days, ran my credit, who knows how many times, even got approved. I felt jerked around. Never did see exact numbers. It was this, it was that. Didn’t know how much a warranty was. And then all of a sudden, the warranty wasn’t applicable on the vehicle. I thought it was a done deal, but nope. Just chaos all around. Finance was always busy, so I never even talked to them. General manager was going to reach out and find out what was going on, never heard a word. Next day I see the car is on FB for sale. All crazy. I got a phone call a few hours after I saw it posted, they said would I be okay with such and such amount, It was doable, but after all the crap, I said never mind. You know, its not that hard to buy a car. I don’t get it. Be straight up for gosh sakes. But never again here.

I will never buy another vehicle from Kim’s no Bull again. They are full of Bull. They don’t take the customers seriously they act like you are stupid. Oh and let’s not forget they sold me a car that was wrecked and failed to tell me so. Said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car which was a lie. Glad to know that is how they treat their customers.

If you're going to keep a person's car overnight, I think a called should be placed to them. People work and they will have to make arrangements if that's the case. It doesn't take but a min to place a call. This is the 2nd time.... And yes I'm angry
